Incroquat BTMS-50

Incroquat BTMS-50 (INCI: Behentrimonium methosulfate (and) cetyl alcohol (and) butylene glycol) is a cationic or positively charged emulsifier that creates lotions and hair conditioners really easily when we combine it with water and a preservative.
