Hydrolyzed quinoa protein

It’s a hydrolyzed protein like oat or silk or other grains, but it has slightly smaller molecules around 800 Daltons, which makes it more like silk, although it’s less stinky. It can penetrate hair strands or skin. It’s suggested to use it in the cool down phase, although I’m not completely sure why. You could use another hydrolyzed protein of choice in its place.
