NatraSil™ (INCI: Hydrogenated Ethylhexyl Olivate, Hydrogenated Olive Oil Unsaponifiables): In hair and skin products, it acts as a light weight, non-greasy, silky, powdery emollient while film forming to increase skin’s hydration. In hair care products, it increases shine and manageability without being greasy, which can be an issue with other silicone substitutes. Use it in shampoo, conditioner, leave-in conditioners, or other post-washing products. It can help reduce frizz in anti-frizz products. And it won’t weigh your hair down, so it’s great for volumizing products or those for finer hair.
