Quick update: Zoom workshop in early February and missing cold process post today.

Hi, everyone. Sorry, the cold process emulsifier post isn’t ready as I have to go to the cancer agency in another town for a check up this morning.

Everything feels fine, but I need to go twice a year to make sure I stay that way. I admit I stress out about it for a week or so before it happens because not only is it just a thing that causes great worry, but we seem to get sick with some kind of respiratory infection every time we go to the hospital, which makes things just terrible. And now there are so many things going around at once. (Yep, we wear masks and use our nasal spray, but there’s only so much one can do with hospitals.)

Let’s do a Zoom workshop on Sunday, February 8, 2026, at noon PST (Vancouver time) for our cold process emulsifiers, like Sepigel 305 and SEPILIFE™ NUDE!

It’s open to all Formulation and Innovation subscribers. There’ll be a handout with formulas and more!

We’re figuring out how you can pay to attend if you aren’t a subscriber or one at those levels, which we’ll share soon, but it will be cheaper and easier to be one of those two groups of subscribers.

Yes, we are likely to share the workshop afterwards to those subscriber levels. We think we’ve figured that out too. Yay!

What kind of formulas would you like to see? We could do a luscious body butter or a facial moisturizer with some interesting active or a gorgeous hand And body lotion. Or something else? I’m taking suggestions.

We’re definitely making a gorgeous hand and body lotion because I really need one right now!

Let me know in the comments what you think. Or you can email me at swiftcraftymonkey@swiftcraftymonkey.blog and share your thoughts!

I’d really like to get more workshops going, so please share your thoughts, ideas, product ideas, and more with us!

I’m thinking shampoo bars in March, maybe with conditioner bars? Let me know.
