December is my favourite month of the year for so so many reasons. Of course, we have Christmas on the 25th, but it’s also a month full of celebrations for me!
Today would have been my mom’s birthday, and we’re celebrating that with a roast dinner with Yorkshire pudding, roastie potatoes, and gravy.
We adopted little Sasja on the 16th, so we have to celebrate bringing her home with all kinds of puppy treats.
It’ll be my 26th (dating) anniversary with Raymond on the 19th; my birthday on the 21st; and my adoption day on New Year’s Eve, the 31st. Yep, it’s all about me this month!
This is why we were married in May – so we’d have a celebration in the spring!
And today’s forecast calls for snow! (I live in Canada, but where I live, we don’t get a lot of snow, mostly rain, over the winter. So this is a great treat!)
