Happy May 2025! Let’s hope all those April showers result in beautiful May flowers! The last few months, Raymond, Sasja, and I have been exploring the forests and nature trails in the Fraser Valley, seeing the amazing nature and being Bear Aware!
This photo is from the creek on a trail that our local First Nations community has been building over the last few years a block behind my house along a creek that’s been full of salmon! We have a coyote den across the road from us, which is actually kinda terrifying when they’re howling in the darkness, but the puppies are adorable! We’re certainly surrounded by nature more and more every day at my house!
“Whoops all actives!” continues into May as I didn’t get as in depth as I wanted in April, and I’m working on a series about making products with what you have to make our supplies go further in this uncertain economic time.
But that’s not all! We’re continuing our Chemistry Thursday beginners’ chemistry course, which I’m having a blast writing!
