Point of Interest

The home of SwiftCraftyMonkey! Join Susan as she obsesses about cosmetic chemistry and other things (some possibly related to monkeys). Often strange, occasionally useful, and always worth a stop as a point of interest on your journey through the Intertron.

Manuka honey extract

Manuka honey extract – INCI: Honey extract (and) butylene glycol – is a humectant that draws water from the atmosphere to our skin. It’s safer to use in our products than honey as it is better preserved. Use it at up to 10% in the water phase of our products.
