Celebrate another day of National Bubble Bath Day with a solid bubble bath more suitable for humid climates

Yesterday, we celebrated National Bubble Bath Day with a solid bubble bath formula suitable for a less humid climate. Since where I live can get so humid you can see little water droplets in the air, I modified the formula to avoid using a lot of glycerin, which attracts moisture from the atmosphere to itself....
