Broccoli seed oil (INCI: Brassica Oleracea (Broccoli) seed oil) is a natural oil derived from the seeds and sprouts of broccoli plants. It has a characteristic odour, which we’ll discuss in a minute, and works to create films on hair and skin to prevent water loss and reduce frizzies.
It’s one of our slightly thicker, non-greasy feeling oils with good cushion and lubricity, good slip and glide, good play time, low drag. It feels like it’s on your skin 5 minutes later with a dewy moisturizing kind of feeling, but it’s not too heavy or weighty. You will get some shine on your skin using it neat.
It can have a shelf life of up to a year when refrigerated.
